Coach D is Founder & Principal of WISE Solutions, LLC. He is a Retired Army Noncommissioned Officer, Clinical Social Worker, Master Life Coach, Mentor, Activist, and Organizer. He is a lifelong learner with education including: an AAS in Information Technology from Central Texas College; BS in Psychology from The University of Phoenix, and an MSW in Advanced Clinical Practice from Walden University.

Coach D is a Licensed Master Social Worker with several certifications including: Certified Master Life Coach; Certified Professional Career Coach; Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Coach; Certified Hypnosis Practitioner & Hypnotherapy Guide; and Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. He is pursuing a PhD in Human and Social Services - with an emphasis is Community Intervention and Leadership. Coach D is proud of his service to the community and philanthropy, though his favorite roles are Husband & Dad.
